Linear valve gives a better process control

Flow lineariy allows an easy and accurate flow control on the whole valve stroke.
Very small flow can be controlled without rissk of oscillation  that leads to quick valve damages .
MPSA valves have no "dead zone ".

All MPSA valves are , by design, physichally linear from 1 % up to 100% , without electronic artifice .

In MPSA valves , flow is linear on all valve stroke. it means efficient regulation on all stroke
 MPSA valves are  able to regulate very small flow with electrical motorization on fast process (full stroke in less than 2.5s per inch). With pneumatic actuaor (full stroke in less than 0.35s per inch)

Fire resistance and leakage control are strongly connected.
Mostly all valves are designed with a bonnet.
The bolt  breaking on bonnet open a gap at the size of the pipe diameter, it is a major accident. Valve bonnet is ejected and fire risk is maximum.


Situation is dramaticaly out of control .


MPSA valve bodies have only one 25mm hole, with prisonnered rod inside.

Surface between axis and body is less than 9mm2 .

Considering that, in this space stands worned seals.

Situation is manageable .
